California is known for its amazing beaches, so it’d be a shame if you didn’t dip your toes in at least once!

We’re saying you should soak up the sun in Malibu. But honestly, any beach along Los Angeles’s coast is excellent, such as Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach. So travel up and down to discover just how scenic the West Coast is!

Griffith Observatory is located on a massive hill, so if you’re up for a physical challenge, this is it. Otherwise, you can drive up for an easier time.

Griffith Observatory is great all on its own since you get to learn about astronomy in a fun way. But the cherry on top is you get a great view, including of the Hollywood sign! Make sure you snap a picture.

  1. Grab Food in Silver Lake

Are you into the hipster lifestyle? Then you need to grab some food in Silver Lake!

This is a trendy neighborhood where there are many vegan cafes, as well as innovative Asian eateries. There’s no shortage of surprises here, such as Boo’s, a Korean-owned business that makes the most authentic Philly cheesesteaks! Visit some spots in both Silver Lake and Koreatown.

  1. Walk Along the Hollywood Walk of Fame

On the Hollywood Walk of Fame, over 2,600 stars have their names engraved in special tiles. Take a stroll and see how many celebrities you recognize! Take a few pictures next to your favorite stars.

Along the way, you’ll also see Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. You’ll also be in close proximity to Hollywood & Highland, which is a huge mall. Not only are there fantastic shops there, but also fast-food restaurants to grab a bite at.

Harry Potter fans rejoice: you’ll be able to visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood! There are plenty of other fun attractions from your most favorite movies, such as Jurassic World.

Going to this amusement park will probably take all day, so if you’re on a shorter trip, you might want to go to other tourist spots and skip this one.
